The video or stream quality is bad, what can I do?

Troubleshooting:

• Make sure that other devices in your home are not also trying to stream content, as that may be adding excessive bandwidth requirements to your internet connection.

• Try a different device and see if the same issue is happening on it. This might be able to tell if the issue is internet-related or device-related.

• If you are on a wireless (WiFi) connection, try plugging an ethernet cord into your internet router.
